Skincare doesn't have to be complicated. Here's my top 5 skincare recommendations....

  1. Wear sunscreen EVERY DAY!

  2. Manage stress. Deep breathing, yoga, meditation, massage, go for a walk, whatever it takes!

  3. Always remove your makeup. Cosmetics contain ingredients that can congest our skin and cause spots.

  4. Stop using wipes. They can be great in an emergency but they are bad for the environment and they just arent effective.

  5. Visit a professional skincare therapist for advice. Consultations are often inexpensive and will save you money in the long term.
