Throughout the Covid pandemic, I've had time to think more and more about ways in which I can become a more ethical consumer. I've experimented with more meat free recipes, had a more considered approach to buying new clothes and shoes and I've really upped my recycling game!

Back in May 2021, when I was busy researching a skincare product range for the salon, I knew I wanted a brand that echoed my move to more sustainable and ethical living and catered for clients who follow a fully vegan lifestyle.

I chose to use MONU skin because of their heritage, product quality, advanced manufacturing and their commitment to providing a product that blended nature and science. I was also drawn to their ethical position regarding animal testing and the environment.

• MONU products are not tested on animals and none of the ingredients used are tested on animals either.

• Products are locally manufactured in the UK which minimises distribution costs (and carbon footprint!).

• All packaging is recyclable.

• Products do NOT contain artificial colour or fragrance.

I've been so impressed with the results achieved on clients' skin.
